Who processes your data

What this site collects
The contact form: your first name, your work email, the description of the task you want removed, and the language of the page. Nothing else is asked for.
Your IP address, kept in the server's memory for one hour to limit submissions to five per hour per connection. It is not written to disk, not passed on, and not kept beyond that.
Audience measurement, by Plausible Analytics (Plausible Insights OÜ, Estonia): pages viewed, the page you came from, browser, operating system, device type, and the country, region and city derived from the IP address; and two actions: a click on “Show us the work”, with its place on the page, and a successful form submission.
No cookies, and nothing stored in your browser. To count a day's visitors, Plausible computes an identifier from the IP address and the browser, mixed with a salt that is rotated and deleted every 24 hours; neither the IP address nor the browser is stored.
The measurement script goes through this site: your browser contacts no other domain. Fonts, too, are served from this site.
The host, Railway, keeps technical connection logs (IP address, time, page requested) to run the service, under its own retention policy. This site adds nothing to them.
Why
To read your request and reply to it. That is the form's only purpose. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (GDPR article 6.1.b); for rate limiting, our legitimate interest in protecting the form (article 6.1.f).
For audience measurement: knowing how many people see the site, where they come from and how many write to us. Legal basis: our legitimate interest (article 6.1.f).
Where your data goes
Your message goes by email, through Resend, an email delivery service acting on our behalf, to a single address: ours. It is not stored in any database on this site. À COMPLÉTER
Audience statistics go to Plausible, which acts on our behalf. According to its documentation, they are processed and stored in the European Union, on Hetzner servers in Falkenstein (Germany), and never leave it.
Your data is not sold, not shared, and not used for anything other than replying to you and counting visits.
The data processed by the systems we build for customers follows one common rule, described on a dedicated page.
For how long
Your message stays in our mailbox À COMPLÉTER. The IP address stays in memory for one hour, then is gone.
Audience statistics stay in our Plausible account for three years: that is our plan's retention period, according to Plausible's documentation. If we delete the site or the account, they are permanently deleted without undue delay.
Your rights
You can access your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict its processing, object to it, or ask for it in a portable form. Write to À COMPLÉTER; we reply within a month.
If you believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr), the French supervisory authority.
The systems we build for customers
When we build and host a system for a customer, the data it processes remains the customer's. The customer is responsible for it; we act on their behalf. What each system reads, writes, keeps and is not allowed to do is described on its page, and can be checked in its code.
Access. Solution 001: the mailbox is read with a permission restricted, on the Microsoft side, to that one mailbox; shared folders are read, never written to. Solution 003: inbound email arrives through a signed webhook; WhatsApp and SMS are built, but switched off.
Processing. Solution 001: one read per document, cached; the system only learns when a person approves. Solution 003: an automatic reply draws only on the fields of the property record; anything not in it becomes a draft.
Logging. Solution 001: filing, approval and every change of state of a document are logged with their author, in the same transaction; no route deletes that log. Solution 003: every automatic send is labelled as such and counted, and the system stops after five sends without an agent acting.
Retention. Solution 001: the source document is deleted after six months by a daily pass; the extraction and the approval remain. Solution 003: dictated audio is transcribed, then deleted from the server. A lead record can be erased, with a preview of what the erasure takes with it.
