How long until it runs?
Weeks, not quarters. The first version runs on your real data: Solution 001 was running the day after its first commit.
What does it cost?
A quote after 30 minutes on your real work. No per-seat licence.
Do we have to change our software?
No. We read what already comes in (emails, PDFs, files) and write where you already work. Solution 001 never touched the ERP of the manufacturer it was built for.
What about our data?
Each solution reads the minimum and writes only to what it owns. Nothing trains a model: the model provider does not train on your documents and deletes them within 30 days. Solution 001's documents and database are stored in the European Union; the model reads the documents in the United States.
Who decides: the AI or us?
You do. The system finds, extracts, compares; the person approves, corrects, decides. Nothing uncertain is approved by default.
What if it gets it wrong?
When it isn't sure, it doesn't guess: it flags the item, with the reason, for a person to decide. When a step fails, it says which one and why.
Does it replace my team?
No: they stop copying things over and spend that time on your customers. The decisions stay theirs.
Are you a big firm?
No, on purpose: the person who listens to you is the one who writes the code, ships it and maintains it.
What happens after delivery?
We host the solution, monitor it and keep improving it.
