Each solution documents what it reads, writes, does not write, keeps and logs.

Where your data goes
Checked in the providers' consoles and documentation on 22 September 2026 (on the 28th for audience measurement), for Solution 001 and this site. A cell shows only what we read there; otherwise it says “to be confirmed”.

What the model sees
- One document at a time, never the whole database.
- A person reviews the result.
- What cannot be matched is listed, never guessed.
- We never reuse one company's data for another.
If your data must not leave Europe
The model can run in Europe: Claude through AWS Bedrock, in the Paris or Frankfurt region, or Mistral, a French company. We offer this option on contractual request, and measure reading quality on your own documents before any commitment.
Security
- Minimal access: Solution 001 reads a single mailbox, under a permission restricted on the Microsoft side to that mailbox.
- A log of who did what, written in the same transaction; nothing in the system deletes it.
- Secrets kept out of the code, held by the host.
